After School Child Care Program

Please read on for information regarding our fees and payment schedules.

Fee Schedule

$10.00 Per day,    per student   3:00-6:00PM

$20.00 Half day,  per student  12:00-6:00PM

Due upon Registration:  $25.00 enrollment fee per student

                                    $25.00 activity fee per student

Due upon pick-up:           $1.00 per minute, per student after 6:00PM

Our budget is set for the entire school year, refunds will not be made should your child participate in other after school activities.

Lunch Fee--$2.00 (should your child forget to bring his/her lunch on a half day)

Billing Dates

Pre-payment

Pre-payment is preferred, we can not give refunds once paid for anticipated services, even if your student(s) do not attend

Month in advance—payment due 1^st of the month

Week in advance—payment due Monday of each week

Account Billing

Previous weeks services—payment due Wednesday after week of service

Late Charge $10.00 per week that payment is not received by Friday after week of service
